We want you to be sure in what you wear. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise price. Shipping fees are not refundable unless we made an error.

How to start a return

Email info@daeinstudio.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send return instructions once the return is approved.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, note that in your return request. We will hold the new size when available and ship it once we receive the return.

Final sale

Items marked final sale, or returned without tags or showing wear, cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
